• Single-component, polymer-modified, medium-strength, levelling mortar
• Used to repair balcony edges, building facades, parapet walls and any application where fast-setting and overcoating are required

Features:

• Shrinkage compensation systems and fibre reinforcement: minimises cracking tendencies
• Smooth, cream, non-slump mortar: easy to create profiles and corners without formwork, without the need for an additional fairing coat
• Excellent high-build capacity: can be applied 80-100mm in vertical applications, or 70-80mm overhead in one layer
• Multi-use: fairing coat and patch repair mortar in one, with active corrosion inhibitor
• Fast setting: 2hr setting time in cold weather; can be overcoated after 4hrs
• Good strength development: compressive strength of 45Mpa
• Low modulus of elasticity: copes with thermal movement of structures
• Low chromate (Cr[VI] <2ppm): low risk of skin irritation
• No added chlorides: doesn't add to chloride load of structure
• Low resistivity: suitable for galvanic anode use
